Return Policy

Returns are available only by contacting us and obtaining an RMA return authorization. No cash or credit card refunds. An online store credit will be issued if a suitable replacement is not made available.

We strive to offer our customers the best products at the best prices. Due to the nature of the products returns will not be accepted unless the product is found to be defective. All returns, refunds, or exchanges must be approved before any product is returned.

Return policy on hidden cameras , surveillance equipment are special ordered y the person ordering and are not subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged during shipping to the customer. All returns must be authorized by HAS LLC before product is returned. All products must be returned in the original packaging. HAS LLC will replace, refund or credit your account for returned products at our discretion. In the event of return,returns are subject to deductions for shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee and must be returned within 5 daysof receipt of product. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from HAS LLC.  No refunds will be authorized after 5 business days of receipt of product by the customer.

Shipping and handling charges are non refundable.

Warranty: We guarantee all products to be free of defects in workmanship for 90 days(unless manufacturer's warranty is longer) after sale to the customer. We will replace the product providing there is no evidence of misuse, or alteration.
